Every night when we have dinner, Claire wants to say the blessing. Sometimes someone else says one too, but she always has to have a turn. And her prayer is always, "Dear God, Thank you for everything. Amen."
Then, she raises her head and says this EXACT sentence every time. Chris and I have started mouthing it along with her as we roll our eyes.
"I said thank you for everything, and the food was in everything." *giggle*
She is such a creature of habit!

Last week we had to buy Aaron some C batteries for a new truck he had bought at the consignment sale. He held the battery package (Panasonic brand) on the way home from the store, and started asking me about the Panasonic factory. He wanted to know if we could go there. I told him I didn't know where it was, so he said, "Could you use Daddy's GPS to find it?"
If that wasn't funny enough, later that night we were telling that story to Pa, and Pa asked Aaron if he knew what GPS stands for. Without missing a beat, Aaron said, "Global positioning system." I couldn't believe he knew! He said he learned it on one of his truck videos at Mimi & Pa's house. Nothing gets by that kid!
