Fire Museum

Aaron has been begging me to go to the Fire Museum ever since Jennifer and Beth took him back in January or February. Claire had not gotten to go that day, so she also wanted to go see what it was all about. So on the day Chris left for his mission trip, Mammaw came to stay with Hannah and I took Aaron and Claire downtown to the Fire Museum of Memphis, as a birthday outing for Aaron. (It seems Aaron is getting to celebrate his birthday for the entire month of June!!)

Claire loved this talking horse head that told all about the history of the Memphis Fire Department.


After that outing, Aaron decided he wanted a fire truck cake instead of a construction cake for his birthday. I love when he is enthusiastic about things!
