Enchanted Forest

Every year I love to take the kids to see Santa at the Enchanted Forest. I always get the BEST picture, and this year was no disappointment. I think it was a Christmas miracle, because Hannah was so cranky and I found out the next day she had a really bad ear infection (AGAIN).

The big kids weren't very cooperative before we saw Santa, so I was beginning to worry.

They brought their lists to show Santa, and he patiently read through every item on Aaron's list. He told them he was sure they would be happy with their gifts on Christmas morning. I snapped a little shot from the side while the photographer was working her magic.

My favorite part of the Enchanted Forest is looking at all the trees that different groups decorate. They are so well planned and very unique!

A race car tree...

There were TWO recycled trees. This was the first...

And I got some closeups of the second, which was my favorite.

(This one is dark, but it's a yogurt cup decorated to look like a bell.)

A can lid snowman...

A plastic bottle snowman...

A crushed can Santa...

Lots of cereal box angels...

Bottle cap wreath...

This one was obviously made by a kid...

And speaking of kids...

Claire found some trees she liked. First, a pink tree...

A Princess and the Frog tree...

A baby things tree...

She even found her name on one tree!

A Webkinz tree!
