We were so thankful for the pretty weather at the end of the week, because it had been soooo cold early in the week! On Tuesday morning while we were getting ready for school, we saw snow flurries outside! The first snow of the winter! It wasn't cold enough to stick, so I rushed the kids to finish getting ready so we could play outside for a few minutes before school.
Claire wanted to ride her tricycle and "have a race".
Aaron had an idea to scoop up snow into his dump truck. He was so disappointed when I told him the snow was not going to be deeper later in the day!
We enjoyed it while it lasted! By the time they got out of school, the snow was gone and it was just plain cold.
